• 若没有开箱视频，我们可能无法确认钢化膜是在运输过程中还是安装过程中造成损坏。

• Cracks or breakage caused by improper installation, uneven pressure, bending, dropping, impact, or mishandling during installation are not considered product defects.

• Please inspect the tempered glass carefully upon receiving it before installation.

• If the tempered glass arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and provide an unboxing video and clear photos so that we can verify and assist you accordingly.

• Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to determine whether the damage occurred during shipping or during installation.
