West Malaysia
Standard Shipping: RM7
FREE shipping for orders RM80 and above.

East Malaysia
Standard Shipping: RM14
FREE shipping for orders RM120 and above.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

🚚 Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📍 Estimated Delivery Time

West Malaysia: 3–5 business days
East Malaysia: 7–14 business days

📦 Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos of the parcel and the products received.

For parcels that are lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist you in communicating with the courier.
